Women of the Harvest (WOTH) was founded in 1997 for the purpose of supporting and encouraging North American women who are serving cross-culturally.  The need many women have for friendship, spiritual fellowship, and encouragement from those who truly understand their experiences can seem nearly impossible to meet when living in another culture.  In an effort to help meet this need, WOTH provides numerous practical resources for women serving internationally or while they are home on furlough.

WOTH publishes a bi-monthly online Magazine that speaks to the unique challenges that missionary women face, and a significant retreat ministry that provides a few days of rest and refreshment for women as they serve in their particular region of the world. Explore their website at www.thriveministry.org.

Once the women arrive at the retreat location, they are welcomed into a time of refreshment where they can relax in their hotel, fellowship with other women, worship in English, receive excellent teaching from the Word, and be treated to a massage, haircut, pedicure or color analysis!  Additionally, WOTH provides professional counselors and prayer partners to meet individually with women throughout the retreat.
